Puppy Potty Training

Key point: Watch Out the Clues!
Puppies show some clues which they need to potty, such as sniffing a floor and walking all over the same place.

My puppy, Ruru, usually needs to potty about 5-20 minutes after eating, playing or sleeping.
If I see any of  those clues, I would take him to the toilet area.
Right after he potties in the right place, I praise him exaggeratedly and give him a food.

It is important for puppy not to have much opportunities to fail.
A very young puppy, such as 7-9 weeks old, cannot control their potty,
so pet owners have to keep their puppy close to them.

I had many accidents, especially at first.
Sometimes, it takes very long time to finish a potty training.
However, it will succeed  if pet owners would persevere in their efforts.
It is important not to lose a temper at the puppy.
I always be careful to use simple commands in order to my puppy would not confuse about what  I expect.
